Business Industrial Network acquires Feed Forward Publications and partners with Industrial Training Inc. to deliver their training customers a more complete solution.

Business Industrial Network acquires Feed Forward Publications and increases sales revenue ten fold in just two months. This recent acquisition is in line with the company goal to offer customers a more complete industrial training solution. Additionally Business Industrial Network has also partnered with Industrial Training Inc. to provide the much requested Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) training seminar in January 2004.

November 30 2003--Donald Fitchett, President/CEO of Business Industrial Network, announced today that Business Industrial Network has completed the acquisition and integration of Feed Forward Publications. Maintenance and Engineering customers worldwide have responded positively to this union, as evidenced by increased sales and affiliate relationships this last month.

"Feed Forward Publications is a perfect match to our companys assets and serves well our customer base because the company specializes in maintenance and engineering technical publications and training software." commented Donald Fitchett, Business Industrial Networkss founder. Feed Forward Publications (www.feedforward.com.au) under this new ownership and management is now offering industrial related training material and publication by many internationally recognized authors.

In just two months of using Business Industrial Networks (www.bin95.com) internet marketing resources and expertise, Feed Forward Publications reports increase in revenue ten times the reported revenue under previous management. Donald Fitchett further comments, One of the exciting aspect of this acquisition is that we have only completed 40% of the marketing campaign. With new titles being added every month and the continued success of the free newsletter The Maintenance War, this is sure to be one of our best companies yet.

Business Industrial Network has plans for 2004 to deliver even more training support options to their customers through future acquisitions/partnerships. Industrial Training Inc. (www.industrialtraininginc.com) will be partnering with Business Industrial Network to deliver the first of a series of 2004 PLC Training Seminar on January 13th, 2004. Both companies have worked together to make these training seminars more value added than the typical seminar offerings on the market today.
Business Industrial Network will be utilizing their 24/7 support capabilities and giving away free maintenance CDs to promote continuing self education by the attendees. These seminars will not only be the text book PLC training but an emphasis on standard operating procedures and downtime cost will be conveyed in an effort to reduce downtime while troubleshooting with PLCs (Programmable logic Controllers).
